It seems to be a dialer replacement. It's not very clear whether the Phone app would be an expansion of existing voice-calling feature or standalone service.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Phone will show you more detailed information about incoming calls about who's calling and automatically blocks calls from commonly blocked numbers,  a lot like the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webascender.callerid" target="_blank">Whitepages Caller ID app</a>.
